Chocolate Sunday went into a “zone”, though. It felt relaxed. It felt sexy. It had a sense of togetherness that’s unusual for these types of parties.
We kept the music in chill mode, no club bangers. The situation got so real that bruthas would take a quick break to exchange numbers the old school way — pen and paper.
