Random Thoughts: Last Night

Last night’s Blackout happened to fall on St. Patrick’s Day. We usually make a liquor run up the street right before each party, but all our usual spots shut down early due to a holiday celebration downtown. Clearly, they didn’t want to be open when the drunks started getting crazy.

So, we started with limited mixers like cranberry and orange juice, barely enough cups, and just enough liquor to hold us over until we found a liquor store to refill our bar. It was a minor inconvenience, but nobody seemed to care that much.

There were 42 of us and the vibe was cool. We’re gradually getting bruthas used to serving themselves at the bar, which seems to be going smoothly.

As always, a big thank-you for all the support. Keep us on our toes in the Comments section.
