Nightcrawlers: Connections

Let’s talk about connections. That’s when two bruthas meet for the first time at the party, they vibe on a whole other level, and want to connect privately. It’s been happening a lot lately and we love to see it.

Since no phones are allowed, we always provide some small cards and a pen near the check-in area so bruthas can exchange numbers. They slide the card into their bag or sock, and get back to the party.

We’re aware of these connections leading to friendships, even relationships. It’s cool that the party played a small role in bringing bros together.

Big thanks to our host, Derrick (aka “Thunderdome”). He did a great job making err-body feel comfortable and keeping err-thang so organized. Thanks to Lawrence for providing excellent security.

And as always, our biggest thanks goes to all you Black mofo who drank all the D’ussé within minutes, made that connection, and turned into some serious freaks…lol
